Survival Sunday

Today is the last day in the football Premiership season, and it's all been decided at the top, but remains very interesting at the bottom.
I see a win for Newcastle at Villa priced 12/5, Man Utd beating Hull at 6/4, West Ham beating Boro at 11/10, and Chelsea winning against Sunderland at odd on. This will mean Boro and Hull going down with West Brom.
There is some good bets today I've mentioned some above but Fulham to beat Everton is 23/20, and a draw between Wigan and Portsmouth looks tempting at 9/4.
Other results i see Blackburn beating West Brom, Arsenal beating Stoke, Liverpool winning against Spurs and Man City beating Bolton.
Tomorrow sees Sheff Utd take on Burnley in the Championship playoff and i see Sheff Utd winning priced 13/8.
Tomorrow also sees the semi and final of the Premier League darts, in this i predict Taylor and Wade to get to the final and a Taylor win in the final.

Not so good

Last weekend i made my first loss in terms of winners and loser, i predicted 4 winners but 6 losers. I did however still make a profit so it wasn't too bad. This Sunday is the last day of the football season and Survival Sunday is massive for staying in the Premiership. Performance of the week has to go to Man Utd who claimed yet another Premiership crown.

This Weekend

Right there could well be a small profit to be made this weekend. I'm looking at Boro to beat Villa at 13/8, stoke to beat Wigan at 6/5, then a few draws at Bolton v Hull priced 11/5, Spurs and Man City 5/2 and Portsmouth against Sunderland at 21/10.
Other games should see wins for Man Utd, Everton, Newcastle, Liverpool and Chelsea, but there's no money to be made here.
Also it's the final of the rugby union and should see Leicester beat London Irish.

Lack of posts

Sorry for the lack of posts over the past weeks but i have been away for a much deserved break, following the end of my uni year.

Looking back i need to tie up the snooker one of my tips made the final but in the end Shaun Murphy was well beaten by John Higgins, and John is now on performance of the week as he now has 3 world titles to his name.

Predictions will be coming for this weekend as we near the end of the football and rugby union seasons, and look forward to a big summer of rugby league and lots of cricket.

Good times

Last weekend proved to be a good one for me with 7 winners compared with 3 losers, although I'm struggling a bit with the snooker. also there was a profit made with me correctly predicting that Bolton and Villa would draw and West Brom would beat Sunderland. It's coming to the end of the football season, and it's tight at both ends which is exciting.
Performance of the week goes to Jenson Button for picking up another GP win, could we have two British winners of the title in a row, that would be nice.

Mixed sport

There is quite a lot of sport happening this weekend, of course we have all the football, along with F1, snooker and lots of tennis and rugby. A lot of the football picks itself in terms of winners so I'm going for wins for Everton, Fulham, Liverpool, Chelsea, Man Utd and Arsenal. there is a chance to make a little bit of cash with Bolton to draw with Villa at 23/10, West Brom to beat Sunderland at 11/8 and Newcastle to beat Portsmouth at evens and they really need to.
As for the snooker i picked three guys earlier in the week, one has gone in Ebdon but the other two are safely through.
The F1 heads for Bahrain this weekend, and Mclaren are looking a bit more competitive, so Hamilton at 10/1 to win maybe a good bet, but Rosberg at 20/1 is a great bet and that's where my money will be.

Quality football

We have been treated to some great games in the last few weeks, but non better than Liverpool and Arsenal on Tuesday. Ok i got the prediction wrong but to be honest i don't care when you see football like that. Tonight the games were a little quieter and i notched another correct prediction with Man Utd beating Portsmouth, and pretty much sealing the title.
Pictured is Andrei Arshavin who scored 4 goals in the game at Liverpool.
